What Boys Do

ATTENTION: THESE ARE STAGED PHOTOS (Don't worry Grandma, they are fine. Really.)

This is what my boys did during their parents' Sunday nap. They found a recipe for fake blood, simulated bodily injuries, and then recorded it for posterity. I am so proud (insert sarcastic smirk here). It could be worse. At least the blood isn't real.

I come from a family of all girls. I never had a brother. Because of this, I frequently find myself asking my husband if what our sons are doing is normal. He assures me that it is. I will just have to trust him on this.

6 amazing observations:

Oooh, does fake blood come out of beautiful white carpets? I could totally see young Matt and Sam doing the same thing... in fact we probably have pictures too. Not sure if that makes you feel any better though :)

good job boys, but you forgot to include some "last seconds of horror" looks on your faces. Otherwise, job well done!

Katie: so far no blood on the carpets, so we'll see...

AlaskaFam: the boys totally agree about the death grimaces. You've given them ideas...
