It takes 30 days to form a new habit. This month our family is focusing on developing the habit of GRATITUDE. I printed these cards and paper pockets (found HERE) and each day our family gathers to write down something each of us is grateful for.
Other ideas to get your family thinking about and writing down what they are grateful for:
1. Hang a large piece of paper on a visible wall and have everyone write one of their blessings on it each day.
2. Cut up paper into strips and have a "blessings box or bowl". Each day the family writes on a strip and puts it into the box/bowl to be read aloud together later.
There is so much to be thankful for in life. Even if everything isn't perfect, there is still so much good! Good luck to you and your family as you develop an "Attitude of Gratitude"!
