Hometown Tourists

Each Summer we spend a day being tourists in our own town. We go to the tourists shops, eat lunch at a fun spot, and pose for pictures like the "real" tourists do.

We had crepes for lunch- yum!

2 amazing observations:

What a great idea! It makes me giggle everytime I think about "playing tourist". Did you aimlessly walk down the middle of the street while cars backed up waiting for you? Did you ask some really ridiculous questions? (Just some suggestions for next year's outing)

Ha, ha, ha! I guess I love my kids too much to walk down the street while taking pictures of them. So we weren't authentic tourists this year. I think the fact that we were wearing shorts on a day under 80 degrees may have given up away.
