One of my favorite things in life is getting together with friends. Another favorite is food. And I also like pretty decorations. A few days ago I was lucky enough to enjoy all of these! One of my friends hosted a "just for the heck of it" luncheon at her house. It was so fun to be together talking, eating, talking, laughing, talking...you get the idea. I left feeling connected to other women and cared for. As much as I love being a wife and mother, sometimes it feels good to kick my feet up, let my hair down, and just be me hanging out with my girlfriends. What a blessing to have friends.
