Helaina LOVES babies. She has been a little Mama her entire life. If there is a baby human or animal near, a radar goes off inside this girl & she finds them!
When our friend's baby Haley was born, she asked me if I would have a baby too. My answer did not please her. So we had the idea to ask Haley over for some power baby-bonding while the boys were away at the Father and Son camp out. This seemed to appease the little Mama. So we picked up the GG for a night of girl time. As soon as Haley was in our car & April was picking up our food, Helaina said, "Hey Mom, we've got Haley. We could just drive home now."
Fortunately we planned to do pedicures as well since Haley slept through almost her entire first girl night. Despite this, little Mama was happy. "That was fun Mom. Can we do it again?"

I'm glad you have such a good friend and a good family as friends. While the boys were out, you got to spend time relaxing and enjoying company. Good for you.
